I had an excellent experience with this company. The gas supplier had fitted a new gas meter but I couldn't get the hot water service up and firing. I rang Expert Plumbing & Gas Services in the morning. The pleasant woman I spoke to arranged for a plumber to attend a couple of hours later and provided a reasonable quote. Leigh arrived promptly 2 hours later as promised. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and professional. He got the hot water going quite quickly and checked everything for leaks. I couldn't have asked for a better response.

Our work bathroom has been out of action for ages; we had Jackson pop in this morning. Such a nice guy, was super efficient and on it! Gave us a solid precise quick run down of what he did and what was wrong. Gave us the business card to store in our phone if ever needed for work or elsewhere. Appreciate the help this morning guys!

Brilliant service from Theo! We had an issue with our hot water system and suddenly no hot water. Theo took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem, explained everything clearly, and worked through the possible causes until it was resolved. Theo went above and beyond with an emergency hot water heater replacement, made sure everything was clean, secure and working properly before leaving. Very happy with the level of service from everyone in this business. Can tell what you pay for is being put to good use.

Great company to deal with all round. Would definetly recommend and use again. Jackson who did our heat pump installation was professional, knowledgable and did an awesome job. He cleaned up everything and also gave some great additional plumbing advice. I also found their operations manager Megan very great to deal with also. Excellent communication through the whole process from start to finish.

We recently used Expert Plumbing & Gas Services for our bathroom renovation and had a great experience with Jackson. From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted, communicated clearly throughout the project, and worked with us to make sure we were completely happy with his work. The workmanship was high quality, and everything was completed on time and with great attention to detail. He was also patient and attentive with the apprentice he had with him, without compromising on efficiency and quality, which was nice to see. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who is both skilled and genuinely pleasant to deal with, and we’re glad we chose Expert Plumbing & Gas Services for our bathroom renovation. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jackson to anyone looking for reliable, professional plumbing work.

I had some trouble installing a basin and reached out to Expert Plumbing. They were super helpful and easy to deal with. Theo came out to do the install and was friendly, professional, and clear with everything. The work was neat and turned out great. Really happy with the result and would recommend Expert Plumbing.

I had a very good experience with Expert Plumbing & Gas Services when I experienced leaks in copper pipes and an old hot water service. Theo was the plumber, who attended on site in mid to late December 2025. Theo was awesome to deal with. From his friendly attitude and great communication, to the excellent quality of his work, Theo is a plumber that I cannot recommend highly enough. Leigh was also very good to work with over the phone regarding quotes and organising the schedule to complete the work.

Our introduction to Expert Plumbing & Gas Services was during a recent renovation of our ensuite bathroom and powder room by Bespoke Bathrooms, Expert Plumbing being Bespoke's preferred plumbing provider for their projects. Expert Plumbing are great! A special shoutout to Luca whose work to get our thirty-year old plumbing compliant with code included cutting through large sections of the thick concrete foundation slab! Luca's professional & friendly approach plus his skilled and quality work meant that we were 'sitting pretty' in time for Christmas!
